What can I expect when I place an order?
Order Processing Times
- In-stock items are processed within 1-3 Business Days.
- Pre-order items are processed in the time frame stated in the item listing (generally in 2 weeks).
- If you are in a rush to receive your order, please contact us so we can ensure it is possible.
- If an item is out of stock and cannot be pre-ordered, please contact us to inquire about a custom-made piece.
Shipping
- All US Orders are shipped via USPS.
- Orders will include a tracking number.
What are your patches made of?
We use several options chosen for the job. If it is not listed on the product page, please get in touch with us if you need that information.
Our felt options include:
- Wool/Rayon Blend with Cotton Scrim - We use this for most Chenille and Large Designs.
- We love Tex Felt. This felt is created specifically for chain and chenille stitching. It is softer than scrim felt and comes in more colors. It is made from 100% recycled products (Recycled PET bottles and thread scraps).
- Craft Felt—We occasionally use acrylic craft felt if it is the only option to get the desired color.
Our thread options include:
- 100% Acrylic
- 50% Wool/50% Acrylic
- 50% Cotton/50% Acrylic
Are your patches iron-on?
Some of our patches come with an iron-on backing. We use it to seal threads and make garment placement easier. We always recommend sewing a patch on, as iron-on adhesive is just not reliable for a secure placement. Don't have a sewing machine? No worries! We include a sewing kit with every order.
How do I care for my chain-stitched and chenille items?

Do you sell wholesale?
At this time, we do not offer wholesale.
Returns
At Fever Stitch, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase except for custom orders. Please get in touch with us to arrange an exchange or refund. There may be a restocking fee for some items.
